The Game

I play the game , the game is me, and with each move then I will see, If I progress without a fall,

or three steps back against the wall. But if I dare not roll the dice, and I dare not make

sacrifice, then I will never trully see, If I can win, and thats on me.

A change of heart is molding me and trials are cast upon my tree, it sways and spirals in the wind, never knowing

when  it will  end. It attempts to dislodge me from my roots, threatening to relieve me of my fruits. It slowly strips away my bark

, exposing my flesh to the cold and dark, and now the rain doe's flood on me and with it's stream it takes

my leaves, How is a tree going to stand tall, when once a year it faces fall?

(Online Marketing)  I am looking forward sharing and learning from this group, I feel we all have something to

offer, even if it's one small piece of information, it all adds up.

I can always use tips to effective online marketing, since the 80's the industry has been gradually

moving deeper into the information technology era. Growing up in Silicon Valley it is always changing

and moving forward at a rapid pace.

Here is a list of pricing through the last couple of decades, I believe most will find it interesting. I recently have heard it said that we are not paying much more for goods than we were ten years ago. Note that these are Averages.

An interesting term used to describe a (total collapse).  What we have in the Real Estate Market today is far from a

total collapse. In todays market we have an adjustment on over inflated pricing going on , which with any economic

boom, which is what we had, the key word being had, we have to be aware there has always been a downturn at one

point. When the price of housing far surpasses the average income making it impossible to own or maintain

ownership, then supply far exceeds demand ,causing inevitable depreciation in home prices . Some people

believe there is a mysticle bubble which will burst at anytime making it possible to buy homes for pennies on

the dollar, that leeds us back to supply and demand, which will always prevent that from happening along with

economic upturn. The bubble lost some air, but be aware will soon be inflated again in the not to distant future.

The secret is totally in the way you cook them, so I will explain.

I use Krusteaz just add water pancake mix, which works great, and for those of us that don't like to eat white flour,

I use TRader Joe's Multigrain Baking and Pancake Mix. I don't measure so I will tell you how I achieve a good

balance in regards to ingredients, and heat settings.

1.Mix your pancake batter with water start with 2 cups and add depending how many people will be eating,

The batter should never be thick, so add water to the point where when you dip a fork into it , it runs off the fork

slowly.

2.Take a banana or two , depending again on how much batter you will be using and the number of people eating, then put it in a small bowl and mash it with a fork until it is more yellow than white, which means not into chunks but more like puree.

3. Add the banana to the mix, it max thicken the mixture so you may need to add a bit more water. Remember you cannot mix it wrong because you can add more water or batter until desired effect.

4. Use a non stick skillet

5.Heat your skillet on med low heat for around 5 minutes

6. Add to skillet Smart Balance Margarine, approx. 2 teaspoons. melt = remember your heatsetting cannot be to high ...med lo pref.

7.Pour batter in slowly shaking the skillet from side to side to spread in thinly and evenly in the skillet.

8.Heat until the batter is bubbled completely , then gently flip over and after a 2 minutes or so check to see if it is done or not.

9. Flip to brown to your own taste.

10. enjoy!

Today I pulled myself together, bound with the straps

of God's fine leather, and piece by piece and part by

part I fixed it all, even my heart.

I wish all who are suffering from the heart and grief stricken my best. At times in our lives we all have the

opportunity to grieve, and is important for us to go through the process and be able to move forward

in our lives. A broken heart can mend, but memories can last a lifetime.  Take Care !!   Bill

STAGGING IS A MAJOR PLUS IN THIS MARKET, PEOPLE AS A RULE ARE VERY VISUAL. If you don't believe

that , next time you go into the supermarket, and go to the produce department

pay attention to the produce people pick out, you can find this in all purchasing decisions  made

by all consumers accross the board. A nicely painted home that is well cleaned and items placed neatly,

can be te difference between a sale or not.
