Inspirational Poem I wrote.. - 05/27/08 12:36 PM

                                                                        The Game
I play the game , the game is me, and with each move then I will see, If I progress without a fall,
or three steps back against the wall. But if I dare not roll the dice, and I dare not make
sacrifice, then I will never trully see, If I can win, and thats on me.

Best or wishes!!   Bill Carrington

May 26 Pay attention to 1994 when the trade agreement was made with China bypassing civil rights issues,
I find it interesting how they have civil rights issues again in 2008, and we have a hugh trade defeicit.

The Tree of Life.. - 05/26/08 01:13 AM
A change of heart is molding me and trials are cast upon my tree, it sways and spirals in the wind, never knowing

when  it will  end. It attempts to dislodge me from my roots, threatening to relieve me of my fruits. It slowly strips away my bark
, exposing my flesh to the cold and dark, and now the rain doe's flood on me and with it's stream it takes
my leaves, How is a tree going to stand tall, when once a year it faces fall?

Sounds like a great group!! - 05/26/08 12:44 AM
(Online Marketing)  I am looking forward sharing and learning from this group, I feel we all have something to
offer, even if it's one small piece of information, it all adds up.
I can always use tips to effective online marketing, since the 80's the industry has been gradually
moving deeper into the information technology era. Growing up in Silicon Valley it is always changing
and moving forward at a rapid pace.

Pricing through the 80's and 90's - 05/25/08 11:00 PM
Here is a list of pricing through the last couple of decades, I believe most will find it interesting. I recently have heard it said that we are not paying much more for goods than we were ten years ago. Note that these are Averages.

Did the bubble break?? - 05/25/08 10:29 PM
An interesting term used to describe a (total collapse).  What we have in the Real Estate Market today is far from a
total collapse. In todays market we have an adjustment on over inflated pricing going on , which with any economic
boom, which is what we had, the key word being had, we have to be aware there has always been a downturn at one
point. When the price of housing far surpasses the average income making it impossible to own or maintain
ownership, then supply far exceeds demand ,causing inevitable depreciation in home prices . Some people
believe there … (0 comments)

Banana Pancakes that taste great!! - 05/25/08 10:07 PM
The secret is totally in the way you cook them, so I will explain.

I use Krusteaz just add water pancake mix, which works great, and for those of us that don't like to eat white flour,
I use TRader Joe's Multigrain Baking and Pancake Mix. I don't measure so I will tell you how I achieve a good
balance in regards to ingredients, and heat settings.

1.Mix your pancake batter with water start with 2 cups and add depending how many people will be eating,
The batter should never be thick, so add water to the … (8 comments)

Remember this little poem I wrote when life gets you down... - 05/25/08 07:57 PM
Today I pulled myself together, bound with the straps
of God's fine leather, and piece by piece and part by
part I fixed it all, even my heart.

I wish all who are suffering from the heart and grief stricken my best. At times in our lives we all have the
opportunity to grieve, and is important for us to go through the process and be able to move forward
in our lives. A broken heart can mend, but memories can last a lifetime.  Take Care !!   Bill

Stagging is a major plus in this market! - 05/24/08 07:30 PM
STAGGING IS A MAJOR PLUS IN THIS MARKET, PEOPLE AS A RULE ARE VERY VISUAL. If you don't believe
that , next time you go into the supermarket, and go to the produce department
pay attention to the produce people pick out, you can find this in all purchasing decisions  made
by all consumers accross the board. A nicely painted home that is well cleaned and items placed neatly,
can be te difference between a sale or not.

Peace through meditation - 05/24/08 03:09 AM
I tried meditation about a year ago for the first time, and as I have learned how to breath I have found I have
managed to eliminate more stress from my life thus lowering my blood pressure. Meditation makes it possible
to have some quite time and piece of mind in a busy world.
Meditation is also very good for dream imaging in order to create the world you desire.
I wish everybody the best of health!!

Real Estate trainers based in Southern California is a very good company to get your RE License and Brokers
License courses. I used this company to get my License in 2000 and  I was very glad I did
It is recognized by the CA, Dre and I'm sure many others.
The questions on the test were the same ones I received from the company, and I didn't have to question if I
passed or not.

The History of Memorial day... - 05/23/08 07:58 PM
Have a great Holiday. Enjoy picnics, camping , family, vactions and trips, but try not to forget what the Holiday is in memory of, and for who.

Memorial Day was originally known as Decoration Day because it was a time set aside to honor the nation's Civil War dead by decorating their graves. It was first widely observed on May 30, 1868, to commemorate the sacrifices of Civil War soldiers, by proclamation of General John A. Logan of the Grand Army of the Republic, an organization of former sailors and soldiers. On May 5, 1868, Logan declared in General … (2 comments)

Don't spend to much money on leed generation programs... - 05/23/08 01:54 AM
Leed Generation programs can be very costly with little or no gain, and breal new agents as well as seasoned.
Remember the old addage if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. We get into Real Estate to make money,
not to make money for other companies to get rich, and offer poor or fake leeds for 2 to 6 hundred a month or
more. Don't be taken advantage of by signing a contract, if a company has a great leed generation program ,
you should be able to try it with no risk first, othewise they want … (6 comments)

A poem I wrote for Agents, and the contracts we write........ - 05/23/08 12:11 AM
I take my against my pad and what I see it's not half bad, I make a turn a curve a twist, oh no I really can't resist.
My ink is flowing from my pen again and again and again and again. In my hand is my tiny sword, an  instrument
that I must hoard and as my pen begins to dance my mind slips deeper into a trance, my pen creates many
things you see, my pen is obedient only to me, and now it's time that I must go for now my ink is flowing slow.

Who believes this besides me? - 05/22/08 10:17 AM
It's great to know nice guys can still finish first, and  it's  ok to be emotional and still  be labeled a man.
America is still the land of opportunity contrary to popular belief,  and when we look around us it's evident at
every level. Some say nice guys finish last. I believe nice guys may not always win the sprint. but in the Marathon
of life they make a hugh difference along the path touching lives with caring hands along the way.
