Park City Mountain Resort filed a lawsuit against Talisker Land Holdings to continue the right to use land occupied by some of Park City Mountain Resorts chairlifts and runs. Unless the dispute is resolved the future of the Resort is threatened. 
Talisker Land Holdings acquired the land with the purchase of United Park City Mines several years ago and Park City Mountain Resort has continued to pay the lease payments. In April 2011 the Resort confirmed in writing that our right to use the land was extended through April 2031 and paid the rent, which was accepted and cashed.  Talisker notified … (0 comments)
