Today was one of those days. I had clients in from out of town. Cash buyers. Nice young family who is looking for the right house and not the right community. Lots of good with that, but the bad is it opens up a large area where possible homes might be found. We had several homes to see, all in the country and none near another one, so we started early and 5 counties, 4 donuts, 2 diet cokes, 6 houses and 2 potty breaks later we still didn't write an offer. It's been one of those days. Listing appointment to start after the contractor working on an addition to my own home showed up late. My spare double A batteries for my camera were in one of my son's electronic toys but luckily the home owner (one of the kindest elderly clients you'll ever hope to meet) had a spare set. Yay! Lots of pictures. Good price. Clean sellable home! Only draw back was having to poke my head in the crawl space. Spider Webs. Yuk! To celebrate my 100th post on Active Rain I decided to take a look back and see if the statistics could give me any guidance on my next 100 posts.
