market report: Consumer Confidence Improves for the 2nd Month in a Row - 08/30/08 02:23 AM
On August 26th, the Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index had improved moderately in July. It made further gains in August. This is one more sign that the housing market is rebounding. People spend more as confidence goes up. Consumer confidence is not as good as it was in December, but a rebound starts at the bottom... 2 months in a row the numbers have increased. market report: 30 States had Positive Changes in House Prices over the last year! - 08/28/08 03:44 AM
More good news for the real estate industry!! According to the Office of Federal Housing Oversight's Housing Price Index for the 2nd Quarter of 2008 released August 26th, 30 of the 50 States had positive changes in house prices from June 2007 through June 2008, including our very own Washington State! market report: The press is catching on.... The market has hit bottom! - 08/27/08 04:18 PM
I just watched the video below reported by Conway Gittens of the Reuters news agency. The real estate market nationwide had a nice rebound in July, offering hope that the worst is over!Consumer confidence showed a sharp rebound as well...Enjoy the video! I've been experiencing a solid resurgence of business since President Bush signed the Housing Bill at the end of July. The inventory of homes priced under $300,000 in Mount Vernon, Burlington & Sedro Woolley is down to a 4 month supply of homes, suggesting a Seller's Market... Thats right, I said a Seller's Market.Believe it.... It is coming.
