The Repos are here

       The repos are starting to hit the market and there will a large amount to follow.  They provide opportunity for investors, and families to get into home ownership -------- needed homes that are cleaner than repos in the past.   Many have already been reduced in price in order to sell and not become eye sores as many have in the past.  

       With the MS Coast rebuilding and families getting back with their lives this will help many to reassemble their lives and families.
