ocean springs: Bargains, Bargains on the waterfront - 01/26/09 09:10 AM

I found activerain to be very forthcoming and far-reaching and have received responses from so many of you, thank you for that and so I will offer another tidbit or I like to call them "Mississippi Minutes" from my slice of life here in Ocean Springs.
Are there bargains to be had in today's market, you bet there are! From residential to commercial to condos, especially condos in the three coastal counties here on the MS Gulf Coast.

Change is gonna come and some sing the blues and some keep on going. Change did come to me in today's REAL ESTATE market as I am now with Coldwell Banker Alfonso in my hometown of Ocean Springs. Change is happening all over the USA, the MS GULF COAST is rebounding back with all kinds of commercial, retail and residential development and the economic indicator continues to point a finger to the Gulf Coast as a "strong growth market".

ocean springs: Real Estate Market on the Mississippi Gulf Coast-Spring 2008 - 03/24/08 01:41 PM

Spring is here and there are many commercial developements in Biloxi, Gulfport and Ocean Springs.Lets start with the Biloxi-Ocean Springs bridge now has lights at night and currently has 1 lane in each direction open and its 35mph, all due to change very shortly with the opening of all lanes. MDOT has highway 90 down to one lane from Biloxi to Gulfport making driving a slow going operation. MDOT is repaving 90 to elevated it and all the curbs must be redone at the same time.
