The thing that I love most about my job is the "Dreaming".  Dreaming of what the out come will be of all the hard work you put into getting a listing.  Dreaming of that BIG sale.  Of what you are going to do with the money of that emormous commission check.  But I mainly dream of the WOW FACTOR.  After showing houses I dream of what each house would look like if it was decorated this way or that.   I love for clients to ask my opinion on what I would do to the house.   But my ideas might change their minds about buying the house. So each time I bite my tongue and say to myself "it's not my house and it's not my money".  And I go home and dream of how I could make that house beautiful.
