Can anyone give me some advice on a BPO I am working on? Tax records indicate home is 840 sq feet. There are some additions and the last MLS listing states square footage is 1580 sq ft. Should my comps be properties in the higher square footage range or the original verifiable square footage? Any suggestions out there?
