open houses: Great Open Houses! Things are picking up!!!

Yesterday I did two open house. I had 12 couples to one of them, and I got an offer on another by the end of the day. Could the Ridgefield CT market really be picking up? I think it is. If homes are priced at or slightly below their sold comparable property prices, the consumer is seeing value and making offers. Pricing is the key.
