Ahhh....so you got that listing, put it in the system, set that nice sign in the front yard, made fliers and placed them in your box for all the passerby's to pick up, the next day you are going to have a contract....smile

I am going to put this out there and get your input, what more would you do?  Would you pass out these flyers at the grocery store, would you ask the neighbors if the know someone who would they would like to have next door, would you climb a tree with a bull horn and say this house is for sale? smile....  The market is not drying up, it is just evolving and for those of us who want to stick around we have to evolve with it.  So I am interested in your ideas, what would you do?  What is a great story?  What made the listing go?
