Lock Advice: FLOATMBS prices are up +12/32, above 9:45 AM ET pricing of +2/32, and at the high for the day. Several lenders reposted improved rates. Demand was very strong for the 2-yr auction and weaker than expected Consumer Confidence data helped MBS markets.

Lock Advice: LOCKMBS prices closed down -10/32, below 9:45 AM ET inititial pricing level for most lenders of -8/32, and at the low for the day. It was a very volatile session, with MBS prices moving back to unchanged levels before falling again
