New technology - 07/31/07 07:30 PM
Our broker had a lender in today to discuss with us some exciting new technology--new to us at least. We've used different call capture systems before, even regular 800 #s, but this one does appear to make it easier and more effective as a tool for Realtors and lenders. Some of the neat features are the ability for us to not worry about voicing in the recording, the machine does it. Like other systems do, this one gives you instant reminders on when someone has called your listing through text, email or other reminders. It has the weekly reports showing what listing is (7 comments)
BPOS - 07/31/07 08:30 AM
About 4 months ago I was made aware of what a BPO is, how to do one, where to do them, etc. I have been doing BPOs since. Who knows how many. I am aware of most of the BPO companies, I think, but I am writing to find out if anyone has any suggestions on who are the best companies to sign up for to get more REO listings from. I currently do BPOs for emortgagelogic.com, singlesourceproperty.com, provalu.com, clearcapital.com, goodmeandean.com, and a few others. I have gotten 2 REOs from 1 of those vendors for all the BPOs I did, and (11 comments)
Corporate/Furnished rental - 07/30/07 03:14 PM
I am in the process of gathering up some pictures but please keep me in mind for the following property. I own a condo near 96th St and Shea in North Scottsdale. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a great floorplan, cozy fireplace, close to all amenities, and so much more. It is being offered as a seasonal/corporate/regular rental. It is completely furnished, so if you are coming down for a few months, or are relocating and need a place to stay this is it. Rates and terms can vary as we are open to listening to offers, (0 comments)
What's with all these pictures, Dad! - 07/30/07 02:24 PM
We have a tendency to overtalk our business issues, and although there is nothing more exciting than seeing a first time homebuyer receive the keys to their first new home...at home, if you are an animal lover, nothing tops grabbing that great, memorable picture. I have been and am animal lover for quite a while now. My little beagle, my shitzuh, and a sweet kittie. My wife and I have lost several of our beloved babies but they will not be forgotten. I wanted to take the time to introduce you to my little shitzuh--Macie. More pictures to follow here and (3 comments)
Arizona Real Estate - 07/29/07 11:55 PM
Despite what the media says we still have 1 of the best real estate markets in the country to buy into right now. Yes, prices have gone down, but that is all part of the cycle. We are headed back up. Recently, Forbes put out an article listing the fastest growing cities in the country. Out of the top 5 I believe we had 3, and out of the top 10 we had 4--that is impressive no matter what anyone says. For example, it is not a single family structure but I recently made an investment on a multiple unit dwelling. (0 comments)
Horrible Accident - 07/29/07 11:31 PM
By now most of the Arizona population and some of the country have had the chance to hear about the horrific accident that happened on Friday involving the news helicopters. Up until then I certainly didn't realize the danger they put themselves in. It really makes you wonder is all that worth it? Why can't we just have 1 helicopter "subcontracted" out to whomever needs them, and then feed the story/camera angles/pictures at that time? We now have 4 people who have lost their lives over something that didn't need to happen; and families that are suffering over their losses. We send (6 comments)
