Like most areas, New Milford, Connecticut home prices have been declining lately.  This graph shows the median home sales prices in New Fairfield from the first half of 2000 (1H2000) through the first half of 2009 (1H2009).
As is indicated by the above graph, median home sales prices in New Fairfield are roughly back at those we saw just before 2003, and down from the highs we saw in 2005 - 2006.

Like most areas, New Milford, Connecticut homes sales have declined lately.  Along with declining home values, we are also seeing declines in the number of homes actually selling.  This graph shows the number of closed home sales in New Fairfield from the first half of 2000 (1H2000) through the first half of 2009 (1H2009).
 

As is apparent from the graph, we are seeing far fewer homes selling than we have in the past.
