Here is a photo of a lovely spot atop one the Twin Bridges in Logsden, Oregon. Here you can see the Siletz river, which runs all the way to the ocean and out to the Siletz Bay. There are hundreds of fun fishing cabins along the way, and in the mid summer, entire familes can be seen drifting atop inner tubes for a leisurely ride from one State Park in Siletz to the other. The fishing is outstanding in this river, I have seen some good sized steelhead and salmon pulled from its banks.

Can BPO's can make you a better Realtor? Do you like 'em or hate 'em? - 06/05/10 08:57 PM

There are Realtors on both sides of this fence. Here is my opinion: I do alot of BPO's, they can be tricky and take more time than expected to do them correctly. Getting good photos can be the greatest challenge when the property is occupied. They are sometimes exciting, like a spy mission! Cue the James Bond soundtrack!
The following is a sample of my conversations with my fellow Realtors who dislike doing BPO's.
Argument: "BPO's are a waste of my time!"

 Where can you find beach property at this price?                                                                                                  These are pictures of my new listing that has an ocean view on the hills over Agate Beach in Newport, Oregon.  It is an older manufactured with plenty of charm.
