In twenty five words or less, preferably using the word gratitude, how would you describe your real estate service? No, I am not Oprah Winfrey in disguise! As a designer, 'I am grateful for the opportunity to create sacred places for inspired people.' All business is an art essentially even if we are scientific in our approach. Real Estate Agents earn a great deal more money than architects. Did you all know that? Despite a fee percentage ranging from about 10-15% of the estimated construction cost typically, architect's profits are typically about 10% of this amount or 1-1.5% and often it's negative. Agents earn 3-6% notwithstanding the horror stories which I am sure you all have experienced. Further, the amount of work it takes an architect to earn their money is substantially more than real estate agents as well including free consultations, programming, conceptual design (models and color renderings), design development, construction drawings and specifications, bidding administration, construction administration
