America’s Home Rescue Launches 2009 Short Sale Coaching Program

In 2007, I made a pivotal decision in my business. I joined a short sale coaching program offered by America's Home Rescue (AHR). At this moment in time, I was in real estate for approximately 2 years and my business was doing "OK" but certainly not where I wanted to take it to. I had about 1-2 listings at any given time, and was closing about 1 deal a month. It was a critical time in my business. I was considering whether to stay in the business or get out.

I went to a 9 hour training offered by Michael and Stacy Spicks of AHR. I saw Short Sales as a way to position myself in front of the economic downturn that I was seeing on the horizon. Taking that leap of faith, I joined their 12 month program and have not turned back since. A little a year after I completed that program, I now average 20 listings at any given time and this month I will be closing 4 transactions.

Because of the success I have had with AHR's program, I have become an affliate trainer/consultant/coach with them. I have been traveling Texas teaching other agents how to successfully navigate short sales and help homeowners avoid foreclosure. It has been a blessing for me and I am glad I can help agents help their own real estate market by reducing the foreclosure rate, one homeowner at a time.

AHR has launched their 2009 Short Sale Coaching Program, and I will be one of the consulting coaches for the program. Below is a flyer giving more info on the program. If you have questions about this program, please don't hesitate to contact me. I highly encourage agents who want to develop a niche in short sales to take this program in consideration. It changed my business, and I know it can change yours.

Embedding branded emails in Top Producer

Does anyone know how to create or add branded emails (even html emails) in Top Producer?

I recently purchased top producer outlook connector so I could send branded emails which seems to be easy to do in outlook... but can't seem to figure out how to do it in top producer... it would be nice because when sending out mass emails... i am not able to search in outlook by contact type.

Any ideas? Please send response to my email address as well:)

Brandi Mahon
blmahon@kw.com
