This week-end in Clarksville was just perfect for getting outside & working in the yard. Looking around the yard after a long cold winter can be over whelming so here a a few tips to get you started! Check out the yard: Start by taking a walk around your yard and make notes of items you find such as trees, bushes and/or plants that need trimming. Check out fences, steps and pathways that need painting or repair from the winter weather. Notice the condition of your flower beds & what needs to be done to have them ready for spring

Fun with my new camera at the Biltmore Estates Asheville NC!!! This was a great place for a girls trip with my friend and a chance to play with my new camera. You must know I am the person who takes pictures of their thumb (because it is in front of the lens). So to my surprise I even got the fish swimming... Pre-paid interest is one of the most confusing terms you will hear... it is quite simple once you understand it. So let me give it a try... Now... as you look at the chart; you will see house payment due July 1st: This means when you make that payment then you are paying the interest for June in that payment. The lender will collect upfront at closing the 16 days of interest in May because that was no included in your house payment... meaning you are paying 16 days of pre-paid interest.
