The legendary runner Steve Prefontaine felt the purpose of every race was to test the limits of the human heart. He was more interested in seeing how far he could push himself then he was in winning. He knew he could win some races without giving his best effort. For him a victory without giving your best effort was no victory at all.This past week the UConn Women's basketball team ended a perfect season.
