I regularly work with buyers and sellers of farms here in the Triad of North Carolina.  Now while I enjoy working with buyers and sellers of all real estate I love being out on the farm or just walking the land of large acreage parcels.  The while showing farms for sale in Rockingham County near Reidsville, NC I was privileged to come upon this approximately 8 hour old foal.

Of course a week ago I also came upon this one day old Belted Galloway calf.  Of course most people call them the Oreo Cows.

As you can see Spring is definitely here with all the new life coming to our area.  We were looking at some small farms about 25 to 50 acres.  The market for equestrian properties is heating up as well as the regular residential market.  There are horse properties still to be had here in the Triad of North Carolina but they are selling.
