Third times a charm for a home sale in Greensboro, NC.  Well selling a home is not usually such a challenge even if it is a short sale home.  I have a home in south eastern Greensboro, North Carolina.  For unfortunate reasons the owner needed me to pursue a short sale on the home. We actually had it under the first contract within three weeks of listing it.

BEWARE of Banks Holding up closings! New guidelines by some banks sneaking into place. 

OK I got a rude awakening yesterday when one of our banks decided to hold up the closing.  This bank has started holding up closings as policy if certified funds are brought to closing instead of wires.  I was the listing agent but since the buyer brought a certified check (supposed to be same as cash right!) they held up closing for 24 hours!  They also stated that if they had brought a certified check from out of state they would have held up closing for … (4 comments)
