This weekend we have had the pleasure of having the Warrior Dash come to the Carolinas!  In Huntersville, North Carolina at Rural Hall the Warrior Dash also does have a green partner.  Of course the perfect setting for this type of donation.  As you walk up to the registration tent you come upon a mountain of shoes.  You have to first take into consideration that during this event your shoes are going to get VERY MUDDY.  Nothing like good ole North Carolina red clay!

This weekend we have had the pleasure of having the Warrior Dash come to the Carolinas!  In Huntersville, North Carolina at Rural Hall the Warrior Dash was a BLAST for this first time participant and my son.

So after a little more  research and number crunching we will begin negotiations and get this buyer a great deal on her next home in Clemmons, North Carolina.

An excellent blog and it needs to be read by all. This will affect all closings that have an appraisal. So we need to be proactive and getting all this additional information from our listings ahead of time.  
I will be using this as that basis of a training tool for my agents.

All these upgrades and a new LOWER PRICE.  Come and check us out.  The home backs up to a natural area at the end of a cul-de-sac.  So there is plenty of privacy.  They maintain the exterior and even MOW THE YARD.  Just move in and relax.  If you ask nicely (with the right price) they may even leave some furnishings (which have hardly been used).  This was a vacation home that was not rented out.

Come join us and view the best deal in this wonderful neighborhood.  A hardly lived in townhome where you don't even have to mow the grass.  The homeowner's association takes care of the exterior of the unit so you can just move in and relax.  Really cuts down on the Honey-Do list guys.  Ladies plenty of space for planting some flowers without all the hassle of a big yard.
