virtual tours: Are you Building Your Brand? - 03/19/11 02:59 PM
There's a lot of talk in marketing about building a brand identity. It's not just the visual aspect of your logo or brochure, it's what your customer experiences emotionally. Customer service is what is going to set you apart from the competition. Are you smiling, cheerful and read to go the extra mile? Do you promptly reply to phone messages? Do you make an effort to get to know your customers and their families or hobbies? Ask questions, be genuinely interested and listen...but most importantly retain that information, so you can ask about specific people or topics at a later date. … (1 comments)

virtual tours: Testimonial from an RTV Customer - 03/19/11 02:53 PM
I am very impressed with the support I have received from everyone involved with my joining the RTV team and helping me in my virtual tour marketing endeavors.  Everyone has been extremely responsive to every request I have made.  I was very impressed with what I learned about RTV as I compared them to the other virtual tour software solutions out there. I felt that I could differentiate myself from the “crowd” with the help of RTV.  I have not been disappointed.  I have been especially pleased with the support I have received from Ben Knorr. He has extended himself far … (0 comments)

virtual tours: The Perfect Trade Show - 03/19/11 02:51 PM
So you purchased your RTV virtual tour software, launched your website, you have your business cards and now you're ready to attend your first trade show. The key to a trade show is proper planning, getting lots of sleep the night before the show, and not getting too nervous during the show. Remember that, at the end of the day, people are coming to the event to get free food, win prizes and hang out. So, you will have to do your best to snag their attention and leave a lasting impression. While most of us can't afford purchasing a dunk … (0 comments)

virtual tours: Greenbay Virtual Tour Company on QR Codes - 03/19/11 02:49 PM
At the National Association of Realtors annual convention in November, the word was: QR codes and mobile websites. We’ve talked about QR codes on this blog before, and we’ll say it again: this is the hottest technology going. QR codes are everywhere. On websites, coupons, flyers, signs, in store displays, magazines, and business cards. For real estate agents, the most important thing is to have your QR code point to your mobile website, not a single listing site. We’ve seen a few QR codes on For Sale signs, but they only bring up information on that particular listing. Wouldn’t you … (0 comments)

virtual tours: The Pitch by RTV Helped me get things going! - 02/12/11 03:41 PM
Last night's Alan's virtual tour presentation was very educative, fun and enjoyable. Things are … (0 comments)

virtual tours: Firefox VS Chrome - 02/12/11 03:39 PM
This a Pismo Beach virtual tour provider, being as efficient as possible is at the top of my list. I recently tried the new Google browser, Chrome. I have been an avid Firefox user with no problems in the past, so 'Why fix it if it ain't broken?'  Well, Firefox didn't break, but I was having problems with loading several pages I use often, including my own website. In a bind, I went with my brother's suggestion to give Chrome a try. I wasn't dazzled, but I wasn't let down either. If you have an internet presence (like a website or … (2 comments)

We Love the New Developments!! We have not used the new virtual tour software, Tour Builder 4 to process a tour yet but I have watched the instruction video and read and printed the instructions. It looks like a true time saver to the overall virtual tour creation process and should save fifteen to twenty minutes of production time for us per virtual tour. I can't wait to use it on my first San Antonio virtual tour of the year when I get back. (I'm at the Marine Corp Base at Twentynine Palms, CA visiting my grand kids). I'll be home … (2 comments)

virtual tours: Networking into the New Year - 01/12/11 04:50 PM
I have to tell you how I met Rob & Ryan Gick of Gick Builders Inc., a Lafayette Home Builder. I met this father and son duo when visiting the Lafayette BNI group here in Indiana. By the way I strongly suggest joining your local BNI. They approached me after the meeting  to have a virtual tour done of a recently completed remodel. We met shortly after at the project and I was amazed at the transformation that had taken place. They had converted what was the living room into a mother in law quarters with her own kitchen and bedroom … (0 comments)

virtual tours: Bartering With Virtual Tours - 12/27/10 06:40 PM
Here at Lafayette Virtual Tour Company it's not always about the money. I wanted to share my bartering experience with everyone because it has been a win-win situation for me and the other party. The other party is actually a Lafayette Chiropractor and let me tell you how we came together and decided to swap his services for a virtual tour. I pick him because my wife knew his wife but we had never met but I had to see someone because I was having chronic back pain. So I came in for my first appointment and filled out the paper … (2 comments)

virtual tours: Outsourcing Outback - 12/27/10 06:36 PM
Greetings from your Nova Scotia Virtual Tour Provider Nancy Bain and Supernova Studios. Hey folks, I’m out back (outsourcing) on the deck! That’s right, there are 3 “yard boys” running in every direction making my world beautiful while I sip a pina colada in awe. Wait now, before you judge.... It’s Sunday, and I’ve worked 76 hours this week and although I sip a pina colada outside, I’m also writing this virtual tour blog. My week is not yet over. A company "outsources" when it hires another person or company outside its organization to perform work it had been doing itself. … (0 comments)
