Margaret Woda is a wonderful blogger who writes very thoughtful, intelligent blogs. She's an incredible Realtor®/Associate Broker and an asset to beautiful Crofton Maryland. I found Margaret's blogs very early on when I first started blogging a few years ago on Active Rain. Spring has sprung a bit early this year in North Georgia. I am already finding myself doing battle with weeds. This will be an ongoing war until the first frost. Since winter was milder than usual and March was really warm, spring caught me a little off guard. With more daylight in the day, I am able to spend a little extra time outside deploying my battle plan.
Tomorrow, I will hit Home Depot and Lowe's for pine straw, mulch, weed and grass killer. What made me plant so much grass several years ago is something I'll never figure out. … (2 comments)

I found Doug's blog today and thought he really nailed the reasons why a prospective buyer should get their own representation. I think this is important information for a real estate agent as well. Good advice and reasons why buyer's should have a professional advocating on their behalf.

Enjoyed a fascinating tour of a local wildlife facilty in Morganton GA today. Dewar Wildlife caring for silverback gorillas. Many thanks to Stewart and JoBeth (owners and caretakers) and the volunteers and staff who made it such an enjoyable and educational experience.
