A family friendly event where grown up kids and little kids alike can have a load of fun. Enjoy local artists, crafters, musicians and after hour shopping in downtown Ellijay on N. Main St.. First Fridays will have a different theme as follows:

After last week's huge snow and unseasonably cold temperatures, North Georgia is
Thawing Out! Many parts of North Georgia, (particularly Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Blairsville) temps were above freezing only three times since New Year's. This week's warm up breaks a string of nights that were in the low teens or even single digit, as low as 3 degrees. Even I have to admit, that's just too darn cold !
This is the fifth snow by my calculation, at least for the Blue Ridge area so far … (5 comments)
