Market Conditions for single family housing in Bellevue, KY over the past 12 months has seen 81 sales, currently has 52 active listings and current months of housing supply is at 5.2 months.
The median sale prices have dropped approximately 21% over the past 6 months from $88,450 to $70,000 today.  The median list price dropped over the past 6 months approximately 9% from $109,900 to $99,950 today.  The typical list to sale percentage for single family homes is 94.65%. 
While a decline in property value is noted, the absorption rate (months of housing supply) is relatively healthy in Bellevue, KY.
