&lt;p&gt;2 story home in Fort Thomas (including 1.5 and 2.5 story) have seen 93 sales over the past 12 months.&amp;nbsp; Currently 63&amp;nbsp;two story homes are available, median sale price is $184,000, median list price is $223,000 and the months of housing supply is 8.21 months.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Multi-Level Homes in Fort Thomas (including bi-level, tri-level and quad level) have seen 9 sales over the past 12 months.&amp;nbsp; Currently 2 multi-level homs are available, median sale price is $173,500, median list price is $167,700 and the months of housing supply is 1.5 months.&amp;nbsp; (Data for&amp;nbsp;multi-family homes&amp;nbsp;is inconclusive due to lack of sales and active listings)&lt;/p&gt;
