real estate: The future of the Muse (Nantucket)?

So I just got back from the open house for the Muse and it is a very interesting situation. The Muse nightclub is being offered for sale along with a duplex and another 'dormitory' outbuilding... Will someone come along and buy the Muse and continue running it as a nightclub? If so, who is going to pony up $7,000,000 to do so? Will someone come along and demo it and develop the land? (I was told it could yield up to 6 lots) My favorite option, so far, is for someone to come along and develop the property into affordable housing units...

real estate: The problems with Zillow, their Zestimates, and why you need an agent now more than ever

I started using Zillow just about as soon as it launched and there really should be a disclaimer along the lines of "For entertainment purposes only". There are at least three major problems with Zillow as I see it: 1. Zillow only uses public information which is not always (read: more often times) NOT completely accurate; and 2. Zillow is a COMPUTER company that relies on their COMPUTERS to aggregate information and numbers and then throws them into a "proprietary" formula, without considering the myriad other factors that make up a property's true value; and 3.
