Finally 100,000 points, and things I learned from a really bad day! - 07/25/11 09:20 AM
Finally 100,000 points, and things I learned from a really bad day! I wanted to write something profound for my 100,000th point post. Something about how many things I have learned from all the folks on Active Rain (A TON!). Something about how much my business has improved, how many more referrals I get from AR (LOTS!) Something about the mortgage business, about the state of the economy, something... Instead I am going to share my day on Saturday, because in Real Estate and in life, I have found you need to go with the flow, and that things will work (7 comments)
My Baby Turned 6! "The best birthday ever, mama!" - 07/21/11 02:14 PM
It's hard to believe that my baby turned 6 on July 19th. I have sons that are 20 and 21, so I know how fast time flies. Even though I have done my best to savor every moment, it's still going to fast!

Now this is a cool way to celebrate a birthday. The de-lightful and de-lovely Margaret Rome blogging about it! I will stop by to share my day with my wonderful, newly 6 year old daughter later. It's been a great day so far, brought to you by the number 6! Thanks Margaret, you really made Sydney's day!

This looks like a cool house and a great investment opportunity. Hope to see you at the progressive luncheon! If I can't get a sitter than Sydney may be joining me! If you are considering a purchase, you can use an FHA loan with only 3.5% down, as long as it would be your primary residence. Live in one and rent one, the rental will pay most of your mortgage! I would be happy to discuss financing options. Thanks for the invite June! Hope it's a HUGE success!! Mortgage Mama Via June Piper- Brandon, CDPE, CIAS, ePro, Assoc.
