I had my first closing with THE MARGARET ROME yesterday! Margaret Rome + Mortgage Mama = Active Rain Success. I purchased Margaret's book when it first came out, hot off the presses, after reading her blogs here on AR. Margaret and I first met in person at her Active Rain open house which Dr. Stacey Baugh had encouraged me to attend. Margaret is as sharp, kind and encouraging in person as she is to read. I am a loan officer. My primary job is to help people get loans for real estate. I am a marketer. My job is to help Realtors and FSBO's market their properties. My job also includes gathering information for our newsletter that will help our clients and prospects and to disseminate timely market changes to our clients, partners and prospects. I also represent myself, my branch, and my company wherever I go, to the best of my ability. I am an administrator/processor. My job is to help my brother Tony, the branch manager of our office to gather documentation, work with underwriters, appraisers, realtors, (7 comments)
