A speaker in a class I attended last week told the class that as in the past the "experienced agents", who have been in real estate for years, don't always rule the market any longer. New agents that are "techy" are taking over. I do still believe experience means something, but also agree with her. It is amazing how many buyer's have already found the home they want to see before ever walking into the office. Property Management - Is it worth it? Our office has just recently dove in head first to Property Management. There seems to be a need for this service in our area, but it seems the con's highly outweigh the pro's. It is very time consuming, not to mention the liability involved, but we are in hopes of turning some tenants into buyers. One of the advantages I can see is developing a relationship with the tenants, so when they are ready to buy they will hopefully call on us. Any words of wisdom on this subject?

Today is my first time to blog. I am the Broker/Owner of ReMax Plus Realty in Clarksville AR. Our office is located directly off Interstate 40 in beautiful Johnson County,Arkansas. We have 10 active agents in our office. We have been open a little over 2 years and very fortunate to be the #1 office in Johnson County at this time.
