The elections have come and gone, while the stock markets and housing markets have continued to dominate the news.  Gas prices have risen and fallen.   The good news in this area is that there are still buyers our there.  We are getting inquiries and sales from people moving to the area buying permanent and resort homes.

Water Levels Down

The water levels on Lake Michigan and White Lake are down this winter. Many sandbars appeared this fall and the ice is building up especially on the bars. Does this mean there is more land for sale?? more
