First off, there is a HUGE difference between a "Tech Savvy Agent" and an Internet Marketer. With that said, let me continue...
Most agents are just that "Agents" representing buyers and sellers. By trade, the majority of real estate agents have been taught "How not to get sued", "How to be ethical", "How to door knock", "How to write contracts", "How to practice and learn scripts", the list goes on and on... But along the way, brokers and managers have not been educating agents on how to "Market their products and services correctly and effectively online and offline." I hate real estate refrigerator magnets. I know that is a bold statement... so, I let me say it this way. Refrigerator magnets are a waste of money!
This is going to be a very short post. This is my question to every real estate agent out there reading this.
Have you ever been on a listing appointment and secured the business, and sticking to the refrigerator was another real estate agents face on a magnet? I have, many times... I even asked the seller if I could have the magnet for my collection.
