We've recently launched a website that offers free advertising for any investment-related listings you may have.

The website is http://www.cashflowconnector.com/ . It has just launched recently and has gotten great reviews. CashFlow Connector is totally focused on investment properties and has the following features:

Sellers can advertise investment properties for free or buy an upgraded listing.
Buyers can subscribe for free or pay for an upgraded membership to search for investment properties.
There's an online calculator tool so buyers can figure out how much to put down to produce positive cashflow.
Agents can receive referrals for investor-buyers in their region.
Lenders, property managers, REIA's and others can advertise targeted to investors.

Best of all, people can find deals either in their region or outside. The business model focuses on the kind of properties that individual investors are usually looking for. I basically built a site that I wanted for myself.
