I am now expanding to a second website, adding more robust features to my clients who have homes that they MUST get noticed, and have the 3rd largest and fastest growing Real Estate Companies behind me every step of the way! I am so excited as today my website officially launches! It has been a long time coming, and I am so excited and exhausted at the same time! The website has actually been live for a couple of weeks, but the main functionality (ability to custom search and save favorite homes for log-in consumers) was delayed. After much adieu, it is finally up, tested and awesome!

So today I begin my journey on active rain. Over the weekend I had the privilege of meeting an incredible number of quality people at my open house on both Saturday and Sunday at 276 Neutra St. in Palm Springs exclusive gated community called ALTA. One thing that was consistent on everyone's minds- and what they continued to express to me is their hope that the real estate market in Coachella Valley, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells has hit bottom. Three main things get homes sold:
1. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Right community, away from major thoroughfare, views, south facing, proximity to golf, shopping, entertainment, etc. If your marketing is not targeting the key words that apply to you - you may be missing out.
2. STAGING. Let me and/or my expert consultants help you put your best foot forward! It is highly likely - that while your home is beautiful to you - and probably to me- it is NOT optimally poised for potential buyers. typically removing 20-30% of the homes contents- to include all personal belongings, most decorative items, and certain furnishings help to open and neutralize a space making it more appealing to potential buyers- THIS IS A MUST to stand out in a competitive sales market.
3. PRICE. I know this is a touchy subject. But to be as straight forward as possible, I am just going to say it. We all lost money on real estate. It is not the time to attempt to raise the market with your property. If your home is not brought onto the market at a fair competitive OBJECTIVE price - it is not going to sell. I want to help you swallow that pill- if you have not already- and work with you to get it sold fast. A home sold- is a happy home in the end. If we get your home sold quickly- you can take advantage of the potential turn some are detecting in the buyer's market- and win! If you sell low- buy low, right?
