Three main things get homes sold:
1. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Right community, away from major thoroughfare, views, south facing, proximity to golf, shopping, entertainment, etc. If your marketing is not targeting the key words that apply to you - you may be missing out.
2. STAGING. Let me and/or my expert consultants help you put your best foot forward! It is highly likely - that while your home is beautiful to you - and probably to me- it is NOT optimally poised for potential buyers. typically removing 20-30% of the homes contents- to include all personal belongings, most decorative items, and certain furnishings help to open and neutralize a space making it more appealing to potential buyers- THIS IS A MUST to stand out in a competitive sales market.
3. PRICE. I know this is a touchy subject. But to be as straight forward as possible, I am just going to say it. We all lost money on real estate. It is not the time to attempt to raise the market with your property. If your home is not brought onto the market at a fair competitive OBJECTIVE price - it is not going to sell. I want to help you swallow that pill- if you have not already- and work with you to get it sold fast. A home sold- is a happy home in the end.
