I would love to know if anyone has ever sold the house they were doing an Open House on? I like to use numbers and statistics when speaking with clients so they know I'm not just making stuff up, so your comments would be appreciated. Everything I read says about 1% of homes are sold at open houses, I'm just curious if that's still holding. Your thoughts.........? Do you remember the 4,000 job loss reported in August that created such a stir in the capital markets and likely lead the Federal Open Market Committee to cut short-term interest by 50 basis points? The Labor Department has now acknowledged a 93,000 error in the job count. What was initially reported as a 4,000 job loss has now been revised to an 89,000 job gain. And, the 68,000 job gain originally reported for July has been revised to a 93,000 job gain. That's an undercounted three month headline number of more than 100,000!
