This is the first snapshot (officially anyway!) of the year. We finally caught up after a few weeks of holiday stuffing!

The monthly absorption rate is the time it would take to sell the entire inventory that's on the market currently. Typically, anything over 6 months is considered a "buyer's market" and anything under 6 months is considered a "seller's market". As you can see, we are in a buyer's market at the moment.
