Hello everyone. I hope you're all having a wonderful day today despite this great weather we're having here in Southern Indiana.
Awhile back I wrote about opportunites being everywhere. Well the only thing that has changed is it is even better now! Combine the already low prices with the fact that the interest rates are lower than they've been in years and you get an unbelievably good time to buy!

Well it's official. I don't like cold weather! Where did my sunshine go? Oh well, might as well get used to it because it's probably going to be a while before it comes back. Hope everyone is having a wonderful week. We had some major news announced today during our sales meeting. I am pretty excited about it. The Courier Journal is reporting that Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels is going to announce a tax-relief plan on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 6:00 pm. The announcement will be broadcast live over the internet from the Governor's web site.
I searched in.gov to try and confirm the broadcast, but couldn't find anything. I'm not saying it isn't going to happen. I'm just saying I couldn't find it there.

I've been selling real estate for three years now and I have to say it is surprising to me how many people misunderstand how Realtors are paid. I think that sometimes it evens affects their decisions on who to work with. OK, so I've gotta vent a little bit. Last week I received a lead from our clientcare system with my company. They handle all the online inquiries when clients aren't on an agent-specific web site.
