Well it's official. I don't like cold weather! Where did my sunshine go? Oh well, might as well get used to it because it's probably going to be a while before it comes back. Hope everyone is having a wonderful week. We had some major news announced today during our sales meeting. I am pretty excited about it. I'm not going to tell anyone what it is yet, but it will be awesome for both buyers and sellers. More to come soon!

Hello everyone. Big news this week with the announcement of the bailout. I think I'm going to reserve judgement for a while to see how the whole thing plays out. Greetings everyone. Well what a week here in Southern Indiana. I know there are a lot of people still without power (including myself). Unlike most of you though, I still have power running to my house. With that said, we decided to turn it off in the house because our electrical box was pulled off the house by a tree limb. So while most people are waiting for Duke Energy to turn their power on, I'm waiting for them to turn it off! That sounds crazy doesn't it?
