Picture your business as a mountain.  What do you think would be the base of the mountain?  If you ask the most successful Realtors from all across the country where most of their business comes from, I'd bet almost all of them would say referrals.  How do they do it?
Referral business is the best business you can have.  They usually are much easier to work with since they know someone who has worked with us already and was successful.  They have a sense of comfort that they may not have with someone they've never heard of and don't know anything about.

Do you have a good tag line?  Last year I changed mine from "Building Relationships One Home at a Time" to "Focused on Results".  I have to tell you that I have never been too excited with it, but thought I would leave it until I could come up with something better.  We'll get back to this in a minute.
