Just finished working on the visual tour for one of the houses in River Mesa which is Yukon's newest house addition.
Beautifully located by the Express Ranches. It feels like country living in the city. Southwest inspired landscaping with a cascading fountain welcomes everyone at the entrance.
Visual tour of the main neighborhood entrance: River Mesa Tour.
Here is a few pics just to give some idea what is inside:

new home ownership: Make your buyer 'feel' the space by Bo Kociuba, Realtor, www.Okla-OK.com - 03/22/09 10:51 PM
Visual aids are so important to the human eye. Majority of the people cannot imagine possible changes to the unfinished space. A lot of us need to 'hang our eye' on something. A bare wall has a tendency to make the place smaller and very unappealing, of course.  A lot of us need to 'hang the eye' on an object or accessory. Color makes the space interesting and attractive. Accessories help us 'feel' the space and create warmth.
Just few simple accessories and a little color make a lot of difference. It certainly helps visitors understand the space and very possibly … (7 comments)

Are you a homeowner who bought a house in 2008? Great, because I bet you would not like to forget few of the tax deductions which you are entitled to claim on your tax return before April 15th.
POINTS - Mortgages have costs and one of those costs is the loan origination fee. This fee is usually a percentage of the loan amount, generally expressed as POINTS. The loan origination fee must be expressed as points in order for it to be tax deductible. They are deductible in the year they are paid. The points must be clearly stated on the HUD1 Settlement … (0 comments)

new home ownership: Become a home owner NOW! Don't wait for better rates! - 06/10/08 10:48 PM
Become a new home owner NOW! Don't wait any longer .... just read and decide for yourself. Lots of buyers or wannabe buyers are waiting on the sidelines for the rates to fall even more. Did they hit bottom yet? Should I wait? Or should I act? People are waiting .... scared, second guessing, afraid to make a mistake of throwing their money away or missing on BIG SAVINGS opportunity on forclosures, bargain houses, better rates etc.
What do you think about rates? Will they fall or will they rise? No one has that proverbial crystal ball to see what the … (1 comments)
