We all have new year resolutions, promises to do better, improvements, business plans etc...lots of hope. And this is great - because hope is motivating and inspiring. It gives us another chance at trying .... It is just like a spring - renews and sprouts new life which we see waking up in front of our eyes.

You probably will agree with me that the last few weeks were a little hectic for all of us. But it is time to catch up and get up to speed.
What is happening in real estate nationally is affecting all of us. Markets and economy are in such turmoil. There is a lot of uncertainty and questions about the present and what the future will bring. So far we haven't heard any clear and straight answers. There is lots of brainstorming, debating and finger pointing.

Good Thing You're in Oklahoma! It is true that Oklahoma is No.1 recesssion proof city (Source:Forbes magazine). Just look at the numbers which I put together to see yourself how stable the housing market is here. I researched Yukon and Mustang, OK only because these are "my markets". It is clear that stability is obvious.
