yukon mustang: Yukon and Mustang, Oklahoma Housing Market Report for II quarter of 2008 - 07/03/08 06:40 PM

In my previous article Become a home owner NOW! Don't wait for better rates! I wrote about the changes in rates and house prices and how they affect the total monthly payments.
There is no advantage in waiting for a better deal!
With the rates going up the consumer is actually getting hurt by media speculations in order to hike their ratings. The sub-prime lending crisis pertains only to about 5% of real estate market!
