Chisholm Trail Festival in Yukon OK - an incredible experience.... This morning I took off and headed to Chisholm Trail Festival in Yukon OK. It was hot already. At 10AM and the temperature was in the 90's. The festival was located at the old Kilpatrick property on the corner of Vandament and Garth Brooks Blvd. Once I got there from the parking lot it was quite pleasant. Lots of trees gave people a needed relief from the relentless warmth of the sun. There was so much to see - lots of history, re-enactments, live exhibits, rides, shootouts, plays, petting zoos, souvenirs … (2 comments)
