Living in Florida does have it's ups and downs.  Second best place for finding paradise.  And then there is the lighter side.  Just when you thought you'd heard it all.  LOL. Imagine waking up to this bad boy in your kitchen???   The homeowner called 911 and this is how that went . . . Dispatcher: What's going on? Frosti: There's an alligator in my kitchen. Dispatcher: Are you sure it couldn't be like an Iguana? Frosti: Oh-no, no, no, no, no. Playing and Learning in the Rain! - 04/12/08 03:25 PM
Today, I spent the day playing in the Rain.  I learned a few things too.  I read some posts, commented on them, and actually went to some links that were listed in the posts.  Some were informative and some were just interesting sites. As I read posts, I also checked out profiles and saw how folks had their blogs set up with the new Active Rain Blog Customizer.  Now I have the Blog customizer on my blogs.  How cool is that? I received an email today and I just had to pass this on.  The email goes as follows:
I'm told that there is a huge rock near a gravel pit on Hwy.25 in rural Iowa.
For generations, kids have painted slogans, names, and obscenities on this rock, changing its character many times.
A few months back, the rock received its latest paint job, and since then it has been left completely undisturbed. It's ! quite an impressive sight.

If you do your vacation in the Tampa Bay Area, be sure and spend the day at Busch Gardens.  There's something there for everyone.  A most enjoyable day. Bring the kids, the grandkids and the neighbors kids. Jungala is now open and it is a fabulous experience for all.

For those that love Roller Coasters, Busch Gardens has their fare share of them. You don't want to miss

Lack of feedback can be so frustrating. - 04/06/08 09:56 PM
A little input

In our office, we have Notice of Show forms that the secretary fills out, with room for agents to provide input about the house they show.  After I show homes, I immediately fill them out as a courtesy to the listing agents.

I'm amazed at how many of these I get back with no input whatsoever.  I can't help but wonder why an agent can't find the time to give a bit of feedback for a fellow agent.   If the agent is from another office, I usually call them for feedback and they happily give … (21 comments)
