Senator Gregg blasts the White House Budget Chief over using TARP money that's paid back for small business. Although it may be helpful to small business (where was this type of help a year ago?), apparantly it is currently against the law to do so now. I'm no lawyer, but my understanding when all this came about, was that the money was to be repaid back to reduce the deficit. They can't keep track of where all the money has gone, and now when it's being repaid, they want to send it out again? I say no. It just sounds like … (30 comments)
