ABSOLUTELY, it's a great time to buy, no matter where you are! Interest rates are INCREDIBLE right now! If you're not buying, you should be reviewing your ability to refinance! It won't last for long. Call your local loan officer, ask them their professional opinion on what is happening with rates. I'm confident you'll hear the same thing, they won't stay this low! It's clearly a Buyer's market with abundant options. Many homes are priced right, priced to sell, priced BELOW appraised values. How great would that be? Buy a home with built in equity! This has been the biggest obstacle I have been facing with clients in recent months. The house is perfect! There's not ONE thing they can tell me it's lacking... BUT, everyone is in this mind-frame that "what if" something better comes along? How will it be better? A lower price? Possibly, but A LOT lower? Probably not. Will it still have everything that THIS house has? Maybe, maybe not. There are so many variables in houses it can easily make your head spin. But if you find a house that has everything you are looking for and more, why wait? Buyers are afraid … (0 comments)
