With all the information out there avaiable to home sellers and home buyers, finding and getting the right information becomes a challenge. 
Zillow is one of the most well known property valuation websites, but if you are using it to decide what to place your home on the market for or what the home you are looking to buy is worth you will getting inaccurate or irrelevant information.

I just wanted to take a moment to remind all of us (myself included) that we need to complete our Quadrennial Code of Ethics training.
This is free and can be done online at www.realtor.org
It must be completed by December 31st by all existing REALTORS.
I also want to take a moment to remind the public that all Real Estate Licensees are NOT REALTORS.  REALTORS take a further step to abide by a Code of Ethics in how we treat Clients/Customers, the General Public and other REALTORS.
