I want to go to Longwood Gardens in Philadelphia, PA.  Can you imagine how Beautiful their Tulips must be. At least I think so. Maybe their season is over since ours is just beginning here in the POCONOS.  Normally I do not get the advantage of seeing Tulips in my POCONO GARDEN due to the deer however, SHHHH, Don't tell them, I actually got a few tulips this year. As soon as they came up I put some fencing around them.

The POCONO weather was so gorgeous today I just had to get out and see some of it.  One of the advantages of getting plenty of rain is the sounds of the creeks, and the flow of the creeks after a storm. I visited 3 creeks today and they were all just beautiful.  As one who greatly enjoys the sounds of water, the creeks did not disppoint me.

THE POCONO REAL ESTATE MARKET TRENDS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2011 WERE A MIX - Half Good News, Half Not So Good News.
First of all the number of homes sold for the first quarter of 2011 was about the same as the number of homes sold during the first quarter of 2010 as you can see from the graph above. So that is good news.
Secondly, the average sale price of those homes that sold in the first quarter of 2011 was down 4% from the average sale price of the homes that sold for the first quarter … (0 comments)

The snowflakes were HUGE this morning but don't let that scare you away from THE POCONOS THIS WEEKEND. 
They were beautiful snowflakes too! Around the size of a half dollar, HUGE. And boy were they coming down, for quite awhile today.  Luckily for those of us who are ready for spring, they did not stick to the roads, just a little bit to the ground, at least in my area.
The day is brightening here in THE POCONOS, becoming a nice Friday afternoon.  Leading into a wonderful weekend to visit the Poconos.
